Refund Policy
eDoctorAppointment does not currently process online payments through the platform. Consultation fees, where applicable, are handled directly between the patient and the doctor or facility at the time of the visit.
If online payment is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to clearly describe eligibility for refunds, the refund process, and applicable timeframes before that feature goes live.
