What the Platform Is
eDoctorAppointment is a booking and information platform. We connect patients with independently practicing doctors, clinics, and hospitals; we are not a medical provider ourselves and do not practice medicine.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Doctor & Facility Verification
We review doctor, clinic, and hospital profiles before they appear publicly, but ultimate responsibility for the medical care provided rests with the treating doctor or facility, not with the platform.
Appointment Requests
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment; confirmation depends on the doctor’s approval and availability.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
